<p>That is a very broad question. I sought treatment by gathering with others here at iKC, ended up owning a knife site LOL. Best thing I have ever done. I now know that my addictive habit is shared by many others and they are some of the best folks I have ever known. So my advice would have be stick with it, indulge, reach out and have some fun with it.</p>
