I am an old guy that perfers the traditional style knives. When I am around the house I carry only a folder but when I take to the woods or swamp I carry a folder and a fixed blade. I think each person needs to see what works for them.

When I carry a shoulder bag to and from work I have a fixed blade in it.  For the last year or so, that has been the Kershaw Whiplash...

When I'm not carrying the bag, I will have either the Cold Steel Mini Pendleton Hunter...

or more recently, the KA-BAR TDI LE (small)...

Those are in addition to the regular 3-5 EDC folders I normally carry.  One of which will be a partially serrated blade.

I usually carry a couple of small pocket knives and at least one tactical in my back pocket. Usually a trapper or peanut in the pocket and a benchmade in the back pocket. Once in a while I will carry a Kershaw. I have a Timberline with a pistol grip handle that I may start carrying. I change it up about every 6 months. I find use for everything that I carry at one time or another.
That is great thanks for t.he replys. I would like to here more .i think like most of you guys. One for small jobs and one for pertection.
I carry a Large Regular Sebenza in my right pocket and a small fixed blade utility knife made by Kyley Harris as a neck knife. This suits me perfect. If I was out in the woods, I'd add a Falknaven F1 or a Bark Bark River Bravo 1 or Kyleys 2.0 and I'd be good to go
