Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

You all should have been with J.J. and me at the Palmetto cutlery show today. Thousands of old and new knives. A great group of people. Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Cakes galore(homemade). Did I mention all those knives.  Always put the first Friday and Saturday in May on your calender for this event.

Frank,

I certainly wish we could have been with ya'll.  Sounds like you had a great time.  Did you pick up anything?  How about JJ, a new whittler for him?

Jan I got two cotton samplers One pearl handle and one stag. J.J. got the usual. Best show in town.

Thanks for the update Frank, I sure wish I could be with you guys at that show. Sounds pretty well attended too. Really sounds like a nice time, good food ,friends and a whole lot of knives!

It was really a great day.

Yep, Jan, I found me 2 more Seahorses.  I picked up another of the "Autumn Bone's" and another 6.5 "BoneStag".  Both of these will find their way into my EDC rotation on some form or another.

I'm definately hooked on this show.  It's not a "Gun" and knife show, its a "KNIFE" show.

Frank,

I would love to see those.  Cotton Samplers are such an underrated pattern in my eyes.  A difficult pattern to design and build, it is simplistic in its beauty.
