Following the tracks is how we got our bearings one where to head into the woods. We were headed for an old place called, Murphy's bottom. It's an old cemetery on the property of the Murphy family. It was a pretty spooky place.

Good choice on the camping cutlery, Jeremi. Let us here about any other camping trips. Hey Pat, bad luck but don't give up, try, try again.

Went out last night with buddy and used Branton Axe and Spyderco to help get and process fire wood.We just had a little fire in the desert and not sure if land is public, but it was ok.On way back we took a different route. There was a big rotweiler/pit bull near a home and we were not sure if it was chained up,but we pushed on past it and other country dogs, and didnt have to defend against/hurt any creatures! Here is a pic of the 3 blades we went out with. The CQB-1 was in hand as i passed the big dog!!

Jeremi, I did a little bow fishing and spent hours missing fish. It's a lot hard than I thought it would be. You got a really nice fish though, it's tough to beat a day like that.

I was not able to bring my bow on the train as I don't have a proper bow case that seals. Thanks guys that fish was a big one for me!I think that was the 10lb. carp I caught. The biggest of all 3fish i have taken bowfishing. The Branton/Brend Hatchet and CS Recon Tanto were used in cleaning of this fish.It fed 6people and tasted very organic. Thanks 4 comments all.
