I'm a big fan of Rough Rider.  I'm also a big fan of Queen.  Guess which brand I have the most of?  I think RR is real value & I appreciate the fact that they have so many different materials & patterns to examine, buy, & use.  The use is important to me -- I like to use my knives -- Guess which brand I prefer to use?  Apples & oranges.

And, just for fun, here's one of my newer RR's.  Mr. Levine's book calls it a "radio knife".  It's built on a 3 5/8" cattle knife frame with "tobacco" bone handles.  They've made a little screwdriver from the pen blade & installed a very nice pair of pliers.  My favorite feature is the shield, which is an acorn.  If you look close you can see the initials RR hidden in the acorn's cap.  Sometimes I just troll thru eBay to see what they're going to come up with next.
