Did Carr, these are the black-handled Bucks open. I haven't figured out how to bring out the tang marks, so too to bottom:
BUCK MADE IN U.S.A. 301 on back of blade
BUCK 303 U.S.A.
BUCK 303 (looks like a U) U.S.A. Broken blade
BUCK 311 U.S.A.
BUCK 309 (looks like inverted V) U.S.A..

Those are some great knives I used to have a Buck 301. It is the only knife I ever lost in my collection. I need to find another one. Thanks for sharing Linda.
