Thanks Paul, you are correct.  Steve is a great guy and has a wealth of knowledge in regards to Case.  My son and I have both of his books and have went to him with questions in the past.

Andy,

  I have found that the book "Collecting Case Knives" by Steve Pfeiffer to be useful for Case knives which you have a lot of.  Steve is from Massachusetts and has been at the Marlboro, Ma show selling;  often sells on line. Steve is a great guy to deal with.

I've got one that handles are ok on, but the blades are crap....can't win for losin!

Getting harder and harder to find without that slight crack down the center.  This knife was always a wish list peice for me
