That's not too bad. I might get me one some time. Could well be usefull in the workshop with getting angles on grinds and scales and such.

You are right Manx about the dishing of the stones someone else told me about this when I bought the system.

I bought the Edge Pro stone leveling kit , in fact I have since bought the whole Edge Pro set including the Diamond stones ! May start collecting the aftermarket Shapton's etc next . Would have tried these before but they are so expensive over here .

Angle Cube is a great addition...congrats. Now...as to your stone wear. As they wear, they will "cup", meaning they will end up thick on the ends, and thin in the middle. Angle cube will take your angle off the metal plate on the back of your stone. It will not help with worn stones. What you want is one of THESE This plate will keep your stones level and maintain your angles. You can get stoopid…

You can get stoopid expensive ones, but this one has done me well thus far. I would strongly suggest picking one of these up to maintain your stones, my friend.

Hi Alexander , it was £28 from Amazon . There are a few different ones on the market but this one is the only one I have tried . So far I am very happy with it I find that as my Edge Pro stones wear and start to differ in thickness it is useful to be able to check the angle with each stone .

The yes is it's for setting the angle to sharpen at but it is used on my Edge Pro . So it is somewhat different .
