thanks for the welcome. btw, what is that thing on the photo under 'peach pit monkey'? is that a pretzel?

regarding case knives (or any sort of multi-bladed traditional folders) what is the function of all those different blades? from the point of view of blade shape. how would you expect to use a stockman with a clip point blade, a sheepsfoot blade and a spey blade? or a seahorse whittler with wharncliff, pen & coping blades? for just EDC use should be i getting either of those or a trapper or whatever else?

Hey J.J.,
I've been out of pocket for a while...just want to thank you for the peach pit goodies. I didn't expect you to send them. My wife wants me to make her earrings out of the two matching baskets.
Thanks again for them....hope you were able to use some of the pits that I sent you.
Regards,
frank

Heck no- it wasn't a slow news day. I had already posted the news for that day, so didn't have to post another anyway. Got an idea and ran with it.
Should have done it earlier.
BTW: Did you see the link over the BIG black pit I left for you that Max commented on about you? :) It was toooooooo funny when I saw that pic and then read Max's comments. I laughed out loud. Which I am doing more and more here :)
