Charles, I thought the contest and prizes were over for your contest. I just sent Miss Jan, the Frost knife to be used as part of the prizes for the Promotion Contest. We may be in trouble, it looks like, a winner of your contest may want it. Please contact Miss Jan about it. I have some more Frost knives, I can use as prizes but only one like that one. Contact me about all this, please. Rob.
Thanks for inviting me Charles. While I've got quite a bit of knowledge and small amopunt of shooting experience, the closest thing I have to shooting implement right now is this bad boy!
These are from the 44th show January 2013. That Show was 60% knives and 40% gun an other. The January 2014 show will be 100% knives, pre 1898 guns and knife related vendors.
I was fortunate, and so were my 3 buddies standing near me as I was firing at the steel plate (12" X 18"), about 80 yards away. They all stood well away when I shouldered the replacement Taurus Thunderbolt.
Since the action was locked with the bullet in place, I thought that it would not be safe to ship it back to Taurus, so I took the gun, with the hammer taped back, as you can see in the pic, to the gun dealer where I bought it, and they shipped it back to Taurus. Taurus then shipped them a new replacement, and I picked it up at the gun store. Shoots pretty good with iron sights. I didn't get any hassles, and given the type of failure, I doubt that the gun shop got any hassles either. Shipping me a new gun was better than bad press for such complete failure of a brand new gun shooting standard factory ammo.

Great contest, Charles. I thought, one of the prizes was going to come from me. Whatever you want to do is fine.

Sorry Charles, I missed that rule, use the one of my Grandson shooting the Crossbow and delete the Fanny pack. Thanks.
Thanks for the "friend". Folks here are a great lot. Lots of experience and lots of great knives owned by members here.
