Boker American Indian Canoe Knife MOP (Mother of Pearl) Handled & Packaging, Papers

Outstanding 1977 Released Boker Solingen, Germany Mother of Pearl American Indian Canoe Knife serial #9460. Serial Number appears on the head bolster, the bolsters are made of solid German Silver more commonly referred to Nickel Silver. This designation was meant to ease the confusion of naive buyers thinking they were buying Sterling Silver. Though some traditionalist still refer to it as German Silver depending on the circle your in. The knife features beautiful Mother of pearl handles which as might not know are derived from Abalone Sea Shells. The High Carbon Stainless Steel blades feature full Swages and and the main blade is adorned with a scene from an Indian Nation with Tepees brightly colored in red and greens. This is a Tree Brand product and features the Nickel Silver Shield of aN American Indian rowing a Canoe, very cool to say the least. The Knife Measures 3-5/8" closed and has perfect Walk and Talk. These were a limited production item of the late 1970's and is still housed in it's original packaging with the informational pamphlet. Great Collectible and not a half bad knife to carry.

Hi Mr. Samples

Very ornate Boker Canoe and they were a very limited production item in the Late 1970's. Here's the deal with all these cool pocket knives. We raise money for "The Door In The Wall Inc." a 501(C)3 nonprofit that serves the disabled public and thier families. All of the knives we have will be sold to collectors and knife enthusiasts, so I figure since they're only here for a visit and this is just a short stop for them I would share them with the iknife community .
At least this way everyone can enjoy them and maybe even learn about them a little bit.
