Sorry to have gone quiet everyone. SHOT Show eats up a lot of time (to the surprise of no one). I'll have some interesting stuff to share in the next couple of weeks!

That is the one I have been looking at DLFG.

I just picked up a TAK1 recently & I really, really love it!  Ontario was one of my "gateway" brands to knife collecting (with an FF6, I believe) & I still have a thing for them.  I just can't believe it took me so many years to pick this knife up!

Oddly enough, the factory has had pretty nice weather all winter. I commute from Buffalo though, and I can't even see my car today. Thanks for thinking of us!

Hope all the workers are staying warm in this strange weather

Jan,

What we ended up doing was adding a 28,000 square foot facility at our existing location. We still habitually call it the "new building" but it's connected to the existing one. If you've been to Western New York in the winter, I don't need to tell you that we're happy for that. I don't think that a facility outside the US was ever considered at all.

As for more pocket knives, I asked the same question. I don't expect any changes to the RAT or Joe Pardue lines (if it ain't broke...) but there may come a time in the future when we have more pocket knives made here.

Drew,

One of the things we had been talking about last year was a new factory.  Is that going to be US based also and will it mean more pocket knives?

Guess I'm just a traditionalist. My favorite OKC knives are the Survival and the Army Quartermaster.
