I mistakenly said it was D2 Steel because I was thinking about the Rick Hill custom dagger. The dagger has D2 but the Knives of Alaska uses AUS-8A steel from Japan.

I think they are D2 steel.

Thanks, I gave my brother one because he hunts a lot. Although I don't hunt now I got another.
