Like I said, J.J. inspired me with his 2002 vintage bone ... so I went searching!  Arrived today (a day earlier than I anticipated).  Very pleased!

Hats off to you, Dennis.
It's a beauty.

Gotta agree, makes my Rogers Walnut Bone Seahorse look kinda plain, (not really, just being polite). Seriously Dennis, ya got a very beautiful knife there.

The thanks go to J.J.  Seeing his ignited the spark.  Then, the planets aligned ... and I was able to track one down quite quickly!  Funny how when you see something that you like ... you know it immediately.

I'm like that too. It wasn't the handle material that drew me to the Seahorse, (though a nifty handle will do that to me too sometimes), it was that Wharncliffe master blade. It still awes me to hold the knife open in my hand with that big 'ol nasty-looking blade sticking out. Only took one look!

LOL, funny how that works sometimes. And sometimes you want to pull on your hair trying to find what you want.

Ha, if you ever saw a photo of me you would know how easy it would be for me to actually do that as I am definitely a furry human, (ask Jan, she knows). My problem lately has been affording what me eyes fall upon, been pretty lucky, seems like I'm finding the ones that I want, but my eyes are definitely bigger than my pocket book! (But does that make a difference? Noooo!).

Nice addition Dennis.

That vintage bone is just simply classy looking.  One can definitely see how it would draw you in and grab your attention.

In my opinion, vintage bone is by Case is done right.  It has class and does something other companies just dream their bones will do.  It improves with age and wear

Sure thing...
You don't get color with it sitting on the shelf.
