<p>Well it's been a while since I or anyone else posted somethng here for CFK / iPAK knives, but the 2024 iKC Calendar sort of makes up for that. Looks like the CFK / iPAK class is sporting 3 separately owned beauties within a single publication. <p>What's this....another CFK steak knife? Better believe it! I don't think one can have too many steak knives. But then I think that of any knife. </p>
<p>A nice Damascus blade, I noticed after cleaning it that when the light hits the blade just right, the pattern struck me as Zebra stripes - so that's what I call this one...my Zebra steak knife.Together with the camel bone handle, it makes a wonderful show piece at the steak house.…</p>

This is the CFK Custom Trailing Point Skinner, a sleek carver about the size of a Buck 110 folder. For me, this skinner has the goods - Sheep's horn scales with mosaic pins, stainless steel bolsters, and a full tang D2 tool steel trailing point blade. Added touches include a swedge, jimping on the blade spine (I like that!), and…</p>
<p>Well it's been a while since I added to my knife collection with a new CFK purchase....hours I think....so I thought I would show off my latest 2022 addition. This is the CFK Custom Trailing Point Skinner, a sleek carver about the size of a Buck 110 folder. For me, this skinner has the goods - Sheep's horn scales with mosaic pins, stainless steel bolsters, and a full tang D2 tool steel trailing point blade. Added touches include a swedge, jimping on the blade spine (I like that!), and decorative filing art on the upper tang spine. </p>
<p>What I noticed first when I put the blade to beef brisket is the seamless transition between the handle materials when holding it. Smooth, smooth!</p>
