Welcome Home

I saved up in 2006 to buy a Cold Steel Black Sable, because i was fixated on that design. To me, it just said "perfection". That said, I got my Black Sable and loved it. It was exactly what I'd  always thought of subconsciously, when I think of a stylish self-defense tool. Unfortunately,  I only had it 2 weeks before it was stolen in a burglary. I lived in these working-class apartments, and it was hot, humid, Texas Summer, so i leave the back window open, to let air circulate. And went for a walk with my wife...

Anyway, you know what happened.

Broke my heart. And the worst part is that Black Sables are rare, and i still have a working-class salary.

So if any of you gentlemen know if someone that's keeping "doubles" of a Black Sable custom, I'd  appreciate it if you'd point them my way.

Thanks

This knife is one I wish I would have purchased, & yes, they are quite rare now.  That sucks that you actually pulled the trigger on it (pricey even during production days), & lost it to such a violation of your personal space.  If I see one pop up in my eBay feed, or anywhere else, I'll let you know.

I appreciate that! I'm carrying around their Espada XL now, which is a wicked, sword folder. but that Black Sable was the White Whale!
