Got all my Peppers ordered for my next batch of sauces. Some Cayennes, Trinidad Maruga Scorpions and Carolina Reapers. Trying something different this time with the Reaper sauces. I've been using dried pepper pods. They have a lot of heat, but i ordered a batch of freshly picked peppers from the man that created the Carolina Reaper, Ed Currie at Puckerbutt Pepper Co. Geez!! It's going to get hot this fall!.
