I did a quick Google search and found more cutting instruments with the "jahner am zoo berlin" markings on it. The shield design is the "economy" style hot-stamped variety. The scales are missing the insert slots since they are of the "economy" class as well. The small tool is called a combo tool and functions as a cap lifter/bottle opener and a can opener.
