Would it be possible to ask him where he bought it? I paid cheap for this knife. I got really expensive knives. I bought this one as sort of a filler knife. They listed it on Ebay as a fillet, which is what I collect. When I got it , its more like a fighter. It is now my favorite knife. Certainly not because the knife maker was so well known to make quality knives , not because it was so expensive, not because of any sentimental reasons, just because I love it. Don't ask but it fits my hand so nicely, I love its feel, shape, and weight. If you can send me a picture I might be interested in buying it from your husband if he wants to sell it. My sheath does not read Lucky with a Star. It has nothing on it. Just let me know what he says and thanks so much for letting me know there is at least one more out there. If you want my email is : Broadview1313@aol.com. Hope this site allows emails to be exchanged. I think it does. I will find out. lol

I have just received information it could of been made in the Spokane , Washington State area, since they purchased it at auction about 30 years ago. I am hoping they might also know a street if it was a home auction or the auctioneers name and location . Hope that might help someone on here to know it was Spokane area of purchase. Seldom did knives travel much more then from where they were made in those days/. We did not have Ebay or alike type auction sites.

Thanks Jan, I have tried for months and without any luck. I think it could of been a commissioned knife from a really good knife maker. It is well made, high quality stuff. Ok , if might of been a casino boss in the Mafia and did in Jimmy Hoffa. LOL Let me know if you find something.
