I certainly have enough blue knives to contribute pics here.  Here is one I had on my phone already.  The only Spyderco I own, a Manix 2 - translucent blue.

Here is one I won here at IKC courtesy of Tobias Gibson and IKC- It is an Ocoee River Vagabond -AKA Boxcar or Hobo- model # OC-535-Not an expensive knife, but very well made for the price--

Sorry Doug, I don't know very much about the Ka-Bar Dog's Head. Just a very well made knife with great slabs and a woof inserted.

I'm going to have to watch for a dog's head Ka-Bar, I sure do like that shield. Does anyone know when Ka-Bar started using the Dog's Head shield?

Those Schrade Blue Bone 100 Anniv. knives are the only Blue Bone Schrade knives that I am aware of other than this Special Edition set.
