Alan, as far as I know the the old Jet Pilot knife is still in inventory however it was succeeded by the newer ASEK. (Aircrew Survival Egress Knife)

The 499 survival knife is sold on base and still has an NSN: 7340-00-098-4327

When my wife's fiance went through SERE training the knife he encountered was the ASEK.

I hope to never have to review this as to how well it performed of course. I know it is a short review and the pics may not be the best, but it's the best I can do at the moment. In shot, I am well satisfied.
