I've admired these ever since I started carving pits.
These are carved from a Chinese black olive pit.

I'm on the lookout for a supply of these, to try out.

Micro-carving .. at this level .. takes specialized tools.

JJ's pointed out some of the tools to me.

They're a bit on the pricey side.

The detail is simply amazing.

The chain .. I'm not even going there.

That S&M humpback lockback whittler is definitely a favorite.

Got a knife slip for it Friday.
