Howdy friends...checking back in, hope to be a more frequent visitor again. I hate to report that my health issues have gotten worse. I am now being treated by the Neurology Dept. at Ohio State University, I have two Specialists currently active on my Treatment Team and will be picking up a third in July. Post Concussive Syndrome is no fun, and the brain damage is irreparable. They are wonderful to me at OSU, the game plan revolves around Quality of Life and Pain Management, and they are giving both 110% effort. One of my Docs husband is an LEO, and she can so relate to what has happened to me, and how a number of line of duty injuries over a long career have now come calling with a vengeance. But hey...lots of folks have it way worse off than I do, and I just pray for them and keep on truckin'!
Gave some of my knives away to help with my buddy's fundraiser that I had mentioned last year, sold a few when things got a little tight, bought a few when things were better. Got an order in with Kenny and Cody Rowe for a custom sheath for a nice Gerber A-F Fighter that I bought from my buddy AG a while back...still have all of my swing guards and Tom Hudson customs. Playing music, working when I can, loving on my grand-kids, and taking care of my dogs...it's all good! God bless each and every one of ya...I'll be around. Steve
