"Sad news. Our iKC member, Robert Palontonio ~ "bonfirebob" ~ of the "ORIGINAL Colonial Knife Co. passed away on Nov. 17th. R.I.P. Bobby."
Bobby will always be remembered by his willingness to help. He answered many questions and always with a smile. He will sincerely be missed. Please join us in Prayer for his family and friends
Praying for the family. Although I did not have the privilege of knowing Robert, I am sure he will be missed by those who did. Sorry for the loss of a friend of iKC.

My heart sinks to hear this news. Robert was a real prince of a guy, as well as a wealth of knowledge regarding Colonial knives and their history. Truly a loss to the knife world and our community here at iKC. My condolences to Robert's friends and family.
In our chat tonight Greg Dash asked that we help a friend pass peacefully. Losing a life long friend is always difficult.
A friend of mine, Sam Portnoy. 6 ft tall 200 lb. Build like truck. Lieutenant in Soviet Army with 25 years of service, Avid archer. Father, Grandfather, husband.Doctors giving him a day or two. No more. Colin cancer. Nothing anybody can do. Just pray for peaceful passage, please
