The "Good Ol' Days".

My oldest daughter, Kaylin, is taking a photography class during her second semester, this year.

I thought I'd show her what I used in the "Old Days".

I carried this setup in the mid 90's.

For some reason I always liked the simplicity of the Spotmatic.  Over the years I picked up 4.  I used this one because of the built in hot shoe.

The bag is more recent, but when it's filled, it weighs in at over 15 pounds.

Now-a-days, my setup only weighs around 3 pounds.  (Batteries included.)

By back is much happier for it too...

Sheesh. I don't even know where all my old 35's are. I have 3-4 of them kicking around somewhere...if I stumble across them, I'll take a shot.

I have at least two, including a spectacular " long distance " lens. Nowadays I take photos with a camera that is smaller than a slice of bread. If that is not handy I can always take a picture with the camera that comes built into this computer.

All that 007 stuff is now a reality!

One of my favorite lenses for my spots was an old 200mn that I rebuilt. Got a big ol 400mm that looks like a cannon.
