I don't know, but I'll take a stab with the # 1680 Steven Seagal model.

Correct. It is a closeup of a portion of the obverse side of the Kershaw 1680 Steven Seagal. A surprisingly solid and larger-than-it-looks folder. Supposedly, the markings are Steven Seagal's name in Japanese.
