All of that "Video Chat" sounds good, if you've got a good ISP. Still dinosaurs out here that are forced to use dial-up.

    One of these days...

Scott, I have iKC flyers ready to hand out for the Valparaiso Indiana Gun & Knife show this weekend. I printed as many as I could until my printer ran out of ink...lol. I also asked Jeff Saylor to bring some extras for my table. Looks like we will have about a 1/2 doz Indiana resident members attending the show. Should be fun! Brad

wow! this is like a dream come true; to have a group of people that have a common interest. I discovered iknifecollector from watching a you tube video made by J.T. (hellzarmy). New to "forums" and such and a little bit behind on the computer literacy but will do my best to get it all figured out.
  • Rodney Smith

Thanks Scott, didn't have a clue about this sight untill I read your sight. Thanks again
  • Brad Hyde

Yes, I read that article on the hottest tactical knives ....I might have been a bit biased in selecting Microtech.... because I'm a direct Microtech dealer : )
  • Brad Hyde

I can relate..I started collecting back in the mid 70's...nothing but Case knives...mostly trappers, muskrats, and congress patterns. I stopped counting years ago when I reached 500....I still love Case knives...but here in the last few years the tactical and ECD knives have been my main interest...probably because thats what I sell the most..don't get me wrong I still carry at least 100 case knives in my for sale inventory..but the "younger" generation buys ECD and the "cool" tactical knives and I see more of the "younger" generation at the shows I do.
  • Alan Stevens

Thanks for all your help Scott

scott, I dont find a place on my page for messages
  • Bruce Bump

Thanks for the warm welcome. Nice place you have here, I'm happy to be invited to join this collectors group. I dont collect knives but make them, talk about them, dream them and shoot them sometimes. Is it OK to show a pistol/folder sometime?
This format may tax my abilities so maybe you will get some questions. Todd said he would help me if needed and there is a video to watch too. I must say you are on top of things, I hope I dont embarass Todd.

I would like to post a small article about fixed blade knife sheaths with pictures on the fixed blade club page but I don't know how to go about it. Please send me some instructionson on my page and when my grand daughter comes in from college we will have it and try.
  • J.J. Smith III

Hey Scott, All Barney could confirm was it wasn't done down at the diner. We distill our own, er--"water", for medicinal purposes.

    Arrrrrr, ye missin somethin?
  • J.J. Smith III

    Scott,
Your secretary, from the Mayors Office, dropped this off at the diner. Said that you might need it on the trip to SMKW, and thought you might stop by for coffee before you left for Tennessee.
Be sure to tell Lisa, and anyone else from town, that we all say "Hi".

  • Frank Evans

Thanks! Hope I did not trip on myself just then... I saw the eBay Case listing jump to 11,000 last week from 5000 or so... Now the sort is ajusted back to 5400......... I know I did not dream that but I posted a discussion on it just then and accept my humble request for any mistakes... I know the dag gum number was over 10K for several days....
  • J.J. Smith III

I've been retired, from the penitentiary, for almost 10 years now, but I still had some contacts down at the "Tag Plant".
The guys out back in the "barn" were sorry that they didn't have the souvenir iKC knives ready for your trip. They sent me a prototype for approval...
