Bill, you are absolutely right! There is a very friendly bunch of folks here at iKC! I certainly hope you'll get comfortable and post some pictures of your knives and maybe share a little bit about what interests you in different knife patterns.

You sound about like me -- Even though I've carried some sort of knife almost daily throughout the course of my life, it's really only been in the last couple of years that the knife bug really got a good grip on me. Nowadays knives are about all I ever think about.

Once that bug bites you, like it bit me, the steel delirium sets in and that knife fever starts to drain your pocket book. The money trees in my little orchard are experiencing some difficulty keeping pace with the demand I've been placing on them lately!

Since you enjoy gardening, perhaps you can give me some tips on how to get those dad-blasted trees crankin' out some bigger leaves in order to support my knife addiction?

In any event. You've found about the best forum on the 'net -- Bar none! Jump right in and make yourself at home.

    Cheers, my friend!
