Brent, it's hard to answer your question without knowing precisely which Paramilitary 2 you are referring to?
3 of my 4 Paramilitary's were either dealer exclusives or sprint runs and were produced in limited quantities. Now, they can only be purchased on the secondary market at highly inflated prices respective to their original cost.
The digicam black blade is a regular production Spyderco knife and even that piece has become very hard to obtain by virtue of the high demand and the apparent lag time in production. As soon as they become available they are immediately snatched up and re-sold on Ebay at much higher prices.
Post a picture of the particular knife you are in question about and I will attempt to give you a ballpark amount of what they are currently selling for. That's about the best that I can do.
