    Welcome to iKC Paul.  Do you ever eat at the Big Texan.  I've been there a few times.  Never tried the 72 oz. steak.  Last time I was there one fellow almost made it.  If he could have finished his baked potato, he would have done it.  I always wanted to try the rattlesnake but they never had it when I was there.
