Hobby is repairing old knives and sending them to American servicemen in Iraq and Afghanistan, approx 1,000 in past seven years. I have forged a large bowie-style knife from an automobile leaf-spring. Carry a different pocketknife every day, own approx 400 folders.

History of knife companies, unique designs, unique tools on pocketknives, methods of repairing broken knives.
Other Hobbies
Vintage motorcycles, history, van/camper traveling,target-shooting pistol, rifle, shotgun, Zenith Trans-Oceanic Radio,WWII aircraft,history of printing, blues music, napping.

    I haven't yet Bryan .. just finished a leverlock for my daughter & have a few other irons in the fire. Intend to finish the presto up w/ black linen micarta scales. The spring is the hold-up @ the moment. Intend to order a couple mikov replacement springs & modify those to implement into the presto. Will certainly post pics when I make some further progress.
