Born in CT, raised in SC then moved to NC in 1970. Spent 25 years working on computers of all kinds until I was retired in 2001. I now teach computers at a local Technical Community College.
Interests
Other than knife collecting, I am an amateur vintner and have been since 1983.

    That photo taken anywhere near Writsville Beach? Fell in love with the Wilmington area, the first time I visited in 1981.

    Wasn't too far off. We like to take the Southport ferry when ever we head home from Wilmington.
    We used to have a favorite resteraunt in Wriesville Beach, The Raw Bar, half a block from the pier.
    Had the best fried shrimp and the Raw Bar Shrimp Soup, wow.... closed now. Used to be run by a couple from SC.
