About Me
I'm a martial artist and shootist that specializes in handguns (both pistols and revolvers). I've been collecting knives for over 30 years and still have my very first pocket knife and first fixed blade knives. To this very day, I am constantly learning about knives and guns...and the internet has turned out to be a great and convenient wealth of knowledge!
Interests
Knives, swords, axes, handguns, rifles, martial arts, classical music, hiking, wildlife, forests, deserts, mountains, fishing, reading, animals, carving, American history, world history and collecting bits and pieces of history.
Other Hobbies
Knives, guns, more knives, more guns, books, hiking...outdoors, martial arts and more martial arts.
Thanks, Chris. I had noticed your nice GEC #73 Scout single blade in Cocobolo, which caught my attention since I had my eye on one exactly like it. I actually pulled the trigger on it last night, so it should be here later this week.
I like a firm pull just fine, but didn't want a nail buster, so I have my fingers crossed on this one.
I had been debating between the linerlock and slippie versions, and ultimately decided on the slippie.
Generally, I was just interested in your thoughts on this knife.
