- I am an old Cajun hunter and fisherman. I live near Atchafalaya Basin where I do all my hunting and fishing. I raise Feist squirrel dogs and beagles. I also raise two granddaughters, ages 16 and 19. I am a user/collecter of knives. I am retired and have plenty of time to use knives. I love to cook all that Cajun food.
