When I see the initials "HK" on a knife or a gun I immediately think of Heckler & Koch.
Benchmade has produced a number of tactical knives for Heckler & Koch that I have seen in the past. I don't know if this is an odd example that was produced for them or even if this is an HK knife?
It certainly is an interesting looking knife, though.
