I sent the blade to Josh at Razor Edge Knives and he did a fantastic job acid, stonewashing the blade. When I finally got it back together I had 3 small finger cuts. Sharpest edge I've ever seen.

Thank you for the hearty welcome. Looking forward to learning all I can on the topic. I am currently researching a Boker knife. I have been able to determine its manufacturing period 1891-1944 but that is a pretty broad range. Any suggestions?
