Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I dreamt of Elk Stag and Stainless, I dreamt of adventures to be made with this new friend. A beautiful sunrise on a placid lake, a chilled morning by a swift running stream, and many a morning spent in the woods, searching for every variety of game to be had. I dreamt of no rust, but lots of trust, with a lock so tight, I can cut with all my might. Yes, this new friend will be a welcome companion in my home, and in my pocket. I will see you soon #72, 440-c, AMERICAN ELK STAG.

Sincerely,

Your trusted hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, working, and relaxing friend,

Johnny T

LOL.  Jan, I should know that place.  Looks alot like home!

I know just the place

It is home my friend.  Its the river when you enter to Glacier before you start the ascent to the top.  Did you see the mountain lion pic?

I knew it looked familiar, and home it is!  I have spent quality time picnicing on the banks of this very river watching the little Water Ousels (sparrow size little birds) hop under the running water to pick out water bugs.  They will entertain you for hours!

I can think of no better place for our Special Camp.  You sure picked a good one!

Anyone get any sleep last night?

Looks good to me, I'm just finishing packing the rest of my stuff up, I'll be ready to go shortly.

Jan, I haven't seen a mountain lion. :(

I'll be ready to go as soon as we get our new knives.

I did get to sleep last night but I still can't decide on the Clip or the Wharncliffe blades, so it's still a "get both" proposition at this point.

I didn't see that lion either, and as much as I try when I'm on my outings I've never seen one in the wild.  I would love to see one of these beautiful cats but they are about as reclusive as I am.  One of these days perhaps....

Whatever Jan is on that makes her see mountain lions, I want some.  Must be good stuff.

Donnie and Jan are on an adventure trip to the blade show, I'll let you know if the new 72's show themselves.  LOL, look at my pics, theres a mountain lion.  If I come across anything good enough to make me see one here I promise to share.

Have a great time and Be SAFE.

Buy a GEC in honor of me... then use it the whole time your there.

GOD Bless & have fun.

Wishing you both a safe trip and a great time.

(Yes, please share.)

Thanks Johnny,

I will be updating you all with pics as the show moves forward starting tomorrow.  It's my hope to bring you all on this journey with us
