The more I look at it, the prettier that knife becomes. I'm sure you're going to hear lots of jokes about the size. Just remember the cardinal rule in collecting, collect what you like! I do like the color also. And the tripple "P" etch makes it even more desirable. Welcome to iKC Michelle!!
Definately a hand full.I think that is one Purdy big knife.
My favorite GEC made knife,I just wish I would get my Snakewood Whaler back from repair. It's been at Great Eastern since the first part of December
I told someone the only way I would be satisfied now ,is if they would send another one with it.(smile)
That's a great pattern and a beautiful knife Michelle
Thanks! LOL

Lyle,
Bill is working on your knife himself as we found a problem and had to replace the handle again. I will check with him to see how he is doing. Sorry for the delay but we want you to be happy with the finished repair.
Chris
Very nice knife Michelle. Looks like a real handful and great Cranberry Wine scales. Thank for showing it.
I got my big ole Snakewood Whaler back today, and I am tickled rose(that's as close to pink as I want)
Great job everybody at Great Eastern and Chris too.(I can't find that other knife Chris) I'll get some pics
Seriously,I would like to find an ebony and a walnut Whaler.
God bless,
Lyle
I don't quite understand why this knife is etched for the 1st run production of this pattern .I thought that only applied to the ebony??

The Premier Production Pattern stamping is the first run of a new pattern (My understanding on a new frame) regardless of the handle material used during that run. Everything in the Whaler that was produced for that first introduction weekend at the open house is a PPP. Make no mistake about how special that is though. If memory serves me right that makes a grand total of 50 knives? Only the engraved became the Rendevouz knife
