'Joy of Cooking' is now an app

We all use knives for cooking and many of us have Ethan Becker's Becker Knife & Tool knives (and I have a collaboration knife, my RSK Mk2), and Ethan is a founding member of the Knife Rights Board of Directors. However, many don't know that Ethan is also the "Joy of Cooking" cookbook. So, having now established the link with knives and Knife Rights...

The "Joy of Cooking" is our all time favorite cookbook, even before I met and we became close friends with Ethan Becker (a story for another time). We still have four generations of Joy on the shelf, handed down by my grandmother and mother. Now, after 3 years of effort, they finally have a "Joy of Cooking" app for iPad. We just downloaded it last night and it is everything promised and more! www.joyofcookingapp.com

Wow did not know that Doug, I thank you. Pretty sure my wife has the original book or at least some generation of it. I will have to mention its an app now!
