Sweats for Vets, a way to say Thank you
This particular campaign, at this time of year, is a favorite of mine to support.
Not all our Veterans live near their families, they don't all have families but all of them placed their lives on the line for us and our families.
As many of you know our own Sue Oldswidow is in the auxiliary and does a lot for them. One of the projects she gets involved in is Sweats for Vets. It is simple. Buy a pair of sweats and send them to

The sweats are distributed to our Veterans by the auxiliary and even the kids get involved in getting the packages ready for delivery. I bought 2 pair for iKC to donate and they are being mailed tomorrow. A small way for me to say Thanks and honor my fathers memory.
