Lee...Great looking knives.  I live the horn and the patterns.  Good to hear you are out of the hospital and living it large.

  • Paul Ring

Ken I like your latest oldie. It's got the natural "smooth bone" look. Sweet!
  • Max McGruder

Lee, Glad you're home and gettin' around a bit and those new EDC's are spectacular! That Panama Trapper is too cool!

Fine lookin' stag on that Copperhead!

Nice one Ken! That's "natural" pocket worn! LOL!

Glad you're back and kicking Lee.....and buying knives again!

  • Lee Smith

I'm even back to work started Monday. I'm moving a little slower but the guys I work with are helping me with the heavy stuff. Weekend after next we are heading back to Missouri for the celebration in the Ozarks. Really looking forward to meeting Tony Bose.

Take it easy and enjoy your knives. It's therapeutic to play with knives.

  • Ken Spielvogel

Sometimes my Back hurts and I have to take it easy for awhile, but I can always fool with knives. Take it easy Lee.

Anyone get any of the Ginger Ale Bone yet? I need a couple.

  • Ken Spielvogel

Craig, you come up with some of the most beautiful handles on those trappers. "Ginger Ale Bone" - now I have something else to look for.

    Craig Henry

These are fairly new for Case. Haven't been out too long. The Ginger Ale isn't real flashy, but I think it's a nice subdued golden brown.

Brand new from Case - Blue Lagoon Jigged Bone - Due in November, BUT, some patterns are hitting dealers shelves early.......like NOW! I'm getting the Trapper.

  • Paul Work

I'm holding out for an Old Red CCC Sway Back Jack.

    Craig Henry

Do you have any Swayback Jacks Paul?

  • Paul Work

7 or 8 I think...It's one of my primary carry patterns.

Gotta couple of those Bermuda greens.

    That's a pretty one Jan!

7 or 8? Geez Paul, I have one! LOL! I really need to get a Gent for carry and collection.

    Craig Henry

I'm thinking about these Gents. I'm leaning towards the red.

  • Paul Work

Originally I was drawn to the barehead models, but I've found the capped models to feel better overall in my hand.

I had a red bone Gent, but traded it away.  Gotta have a smaller secondary on my EDC knives.

I'm carrying my Tiny Trapper in my coin pocket, so the Gent will be for bigger blade jobs.

Now you have me thinking about barehead vs non-barehead more. Hmmm.......

Love the XX punkin on this one.

  • Lee Smith

  • Max McGruder

The Pumpkin looks like he's dead. Roadkill Pumpkin. Serves him right for trying to cross the road. A Chicken probably saw him and tripped him up.

  • Paul Ring

Lol, I wouldn't put it past the 'ol chicken in doing it!
  • Lee Smith

Max I try to make sure that I have a little put back to be able to go. My dad and sister both collect knives so we make it a family thing. It's close enough that we can make it a day trip. This year I'm really hoping that I get to shake Tony's hand.

I'm really liking this Dark Molasses. I have these three.....I have to think about getting the others. I think I'll get the Standard Trapper in it on the third Wednesday.

  • Paul Ring

Craig I'm impressed with your dark molasses bone. The dye really took good on them, rich but not too dark.
The background art is also eye catching! :-)

Wish I could have been there too....good pictures!!

Lee, that's a beauty you got there!!!

  • Lee Smith

Yes it's red mammoth tooth. The only way I was able to get it was the wife won a 50% off coupon and let me use it. lol

  • Max McGruder

That works, it's a team effort!

That would be the ONLY way I could afford one of those Beauties!

  • Paul Ring

Some things were just meant to be!
    And that is beautiful thing(knife).
