Some good news to share with all of you. Derek has reworked our website and it is really looking good. We don't have knives for sale yet but Derek has done what we have always wanted to do which is to put a site together with info about JBF Champlin and his work in the cutlery business. “Stepped Barlows” with a single clip blade made of CPM 154 Stainless steel and marked with the “Electric Cutlery” trade mark. And yes, the chamfered handles will be
crafted from the historic rosewood that was harvested from the old Cattaraugus factory building in Little Valley, NY. They will be 3.5 inches long when closed.
It's been a very long time coming but we have a new JBF knife coming up very soon. Take a look:
