STAG Handled Case Knives

To some there's nothing like Stag. 

Steve Pfeiffer says;

"Genuine stag, usually referred to simply as "stag", has long been one of the most, if not THE most, sought after handle materials to be found on Case pocket knives."

"....Case seemed to offer stag handles on a significantly wider range of patterns as compared to other firms."

    I believe Steve Pfeiffer;s book is out of print. It is one for your collection used or new if you find it.

    You are correct and the prices are climbing on the ones still out there.  My son was able to purchase both editions of his books directly from Steve several years ago.  Thanks for mentioning them.
