I have looked for a long time for one without finding any so I figured that might be the case. I also enjoy collecting the Canoe pattern so I might just get one of those in the future. Since you started this group why don't you tell us about the different generations or what ever devides the old from the new. Just any info a new collector might enjoy are need to collect this brand. Thanks!
Well, I didn't start this group but I do have a fair knowledge of Fight'n Roosters and have owned many over the years. I don't really know what you are wanting to know but I will be glad to try to answer any questions you might have. As with most knives, the older ones are a little better but I enjoy them all. There were a lot of really nice ones made during the 'Celebrated' era which is 1982 to 1994. I will try to post more Fight'n Rooster pics as time allows.
James, sorry I mistakenly thought you were the leader but thats okay, any info you can add to this group will help everyone. The different era's and dates is alot of help, thanks.
Even many of us look for the Celebrated knives, these 1990 and 2000 knives are pretty special too! I wonder why Mr. Frank chose to use the blued steel blades?
Perry I don't know why he did the blued blades. It doesn't show very well in the photos but those blades are really nice looking. There is another pattern with blued blades but I don't have it. Maybe someday....
Always looking for different pearl Roosters. I really like the knives with Fight'n Rooster engraved in he pearl handle, also any other engraved park handles.
Just bought the Jim Parkers Fight'n Rooster Knives book last night. Looking forward to getting my hands on it an seeing what it has to say about the Roosters I have.
I dont know how but I missed welcoming you to the Fight N Rooster group! Some of pics I took at the Gator show. I have been seeing more and more Fight N Roosters showing up lately. In my eyes, they are an awesome knife..good steel, great construction and always a good looking knife!

I don't own a Fight'n Rooster but I plan on fixing that. I hope to get a canoe pattern. Do ya'll know if they ever made a Moose pattern?
Jan 17, 2012
James E.
Robert, To my knowledge Fight'n Rooster never made a Moose. They did however make a 4 inch square bolster Muskrat.
