It's great that you also in the St. Louis era..there is a knife show coming up in a couple of weeks at the Electricions Hall on Hampton ave. across from the McDonald's Hamburger. get back to me if you are thinking about maybe going..Sunday would be best for me...I need to get the dates, I thought it was around the 20-21st. later now

    I'm glad you like some of my pics. The baby sunfish all came from ebay, some still show up there from time to time. You could also check out CollectorKnives.net . Finding them is half the fun!

    Hey Mick,

    On the Benchmade HK 14210, the blade thickness is .115. So...it's not quite as thin as a lot of Spydies...but it's also not thick. It's a superb "in between". Frankly, this is one of my favorite 2010 knives.

    On the Emerson...yes, they release different colored G10 scales each year. This year, they offered a CQC7V with a digicamo. Unfortunately, I missed that one by a hair's breadth. Total bummer. Anyway, I love Emersons...but you might have guessed that much, eh?
