    Hey Guys, Thanks for being so welcoming! I have been a novice knife collector for several years. Mostly because I use pocket knives everyday, and I decided I wanted to carry quality knives. From there I started buying higher end pocket knive, not necessarily to use daily, just more to admire. Most recently my Father in Law (who happens to be an antique dealer...lucky me) has started giving me older knives as gifts for birthdays, Christmas, etc. Anyway I joined your sight to seek out help finding out history and value for a couple of knives I have received as gifts. Any direction on where to start would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!! Mike
