    I meant current .. as in I=E/R ... but

.. trying to find production data is like pulling teeth .. it's easier to get rich playing lotto #'s ..

.. you'd think publicizing 20+ yr old production data could somehow be twisted around by marketing & used to their advantage .. especially with the boom in collecting ..

Yeah .. it seems Co.'s have to go out of business before that data becomes public ..

Glad you made it back. Honestly, I knew if any one had the tenacity to stay on NING and get it fixed it'd be you. Thanks for keeping at it. iKC wouldn't have been the same without you. I'd had to make your page a memorial to you :)

Trent .. you back yet .. or .. Ning still think your spamming ??

Say, I'm trying to locate some RFQ's that were issued by the DOD for knives. Such as .. Gerber's auto/assist that's being issued to our troops.

Specifically, I'm looking for the acceptance specs & performance testing criteria. I believe this would form a very sound basis for a knife review for the iKnife community.

I've attached an example file. It's not exactly what I'm looking for. But, it does identify the performance criteria held important for this knife model & the test methods for verification of these criteria.

Anyway .. I've experienced limited success. You seem to have a knack for ferreting out info on the web. If you could take a quick look .. it'd sure be appreciated ..

    Thanks .. Dale

Your post- "George Orwell "Politics and the English Language" 1946" is way too intellectual for me.

yeah, there's no spell check on the blogs either :(

After reading that post I realized even more- I don't know how to write. Actually,  I read William Zinsser's writing books. He is easy to read and really clear. Clarity is his thing. Here's my favorite quote from him-

"It is not necesssary to be a "writer" to write well. Instead you must be a clear thinker and have a passion for your subject."

I can't for the life of me find the list of survey questions you did up. I'm not on my other computer in case you emailed them to me directly, but have torn up iKC- the huddle, my inbox, etc and can't find it. I'm hard and heavy working on a major knife association type survey and thought you had some questions that'd fit into it. If you'd be kind enough to email them or resend them to me here at iKC- either way, I'd appreciate it.
