    Thanks J.J.

I hope you receive this as I find that iKC 's navigation is a little "tricky" for me. Toooo many options!

Anyway, you and your wife enjoy your trip, but be careful as this IS trying times for many people. Those of us retired from government service still (I keep my fingers crossed on this one) continue to receive regular monthly checks, others do not.

Yes, my wife has mobility issues too, but nothing that is severe. We hope to head east (Arkansas maybe) this coming year. Might harass Jan.

    Regards

    Sergi H.

My knives are all right I guess for a Blind hog find.   But that Young Chap  sitting on that bench,  at what I suspect is at might be the out skirts of Gatlin Burg is Truly a TREASURE.

  • Mark Vine

Hi J.J.! Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm brand new to this site, although, I've been hanging out on the AAPK forum for a few months now, so it shouldn't be too tough to navigate around here. I love your pics, especially the one's of your grandson, and, Earl! Your knife pics are pretty cool too! I live in Canada, and around here there aren't a lot of knife enthusiasts, probably due to the rigid restrictions that are imposed on knives, so this site looks like it's gonna be a lot of fun! So, I might as well get started! Thanks again, Mark!

  • Rob Carter

    Thanks JJ!

Thanks JJ. I'm looking forward to spending more time on the website in the near future.

I've been swamped with the fall cleanup on our 10 acre property in Virginia.

I'm positive that the leaves are just mocking me at this point.

    Best regards,

    Dave

  • Christopher Rhodes

    Hi Mr Smith,

I have received an email from someone purporting to a member of your organisation.

It is clearly a scam. My concern is how did he get my details? I notice that he has also been in touch with Jan Carter. I suspect he may be trying to contact many others in your organisation.

I have copied the text of his email below for your consideration. Many thanks, Chris

I have been in search of someone with this last name "Rhodes" so when I saw your name I was pushed to contact you and see how best we can assist each other.

My name is Mr Joseph Mclaughlin. I am working with Commercial bank of Dubai(UAE). I believe it is the wish of God for me to come across you now. I am having an important business discussion I wish to share with you which I believe will interest you because it is in connection with your last name and you are going to benefit from it.

One Late Dr Dean "Rhodes" a citizen of your country had a fixed deposit with my bank in January 2006 for 36 calendar months, valued at US$5,500,000.00 (Five Million, Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars) the due date for this deposit contract was the 16th of January 2009. Sadly Dr Dean was among the death victims in the May 27 2006 Earthquake disaster in Jawa, Indonesia that killed over 5,000 people. He was in Indonesia on a business trip and that was how he met his end. My bank management is yet to know about his death, I knew about it because he was my friend and I am his account officer. Dr Dean did not mention any Next of Kin/ Heir when the account was opened, and he Dr Dean was not married and no children.Last week my Bank Management requested that I should give instructions on what to do about his funds, if to renew the contract. I know this will happen and that is why I have been looking for a means to handle the situation, because if my Bank Directors happen to know that Dr Dean is dead and do not have any Heir, they will take the funds for their personal use, so I don't want such to happen. That was why when I saw your last name I was happy and I am now seeking your cooperation to present you as Next of Kin/ Heir to the account, since you have the same last name with him and my bank headquarters will release the account to you.
There is no risk involved; the transaction will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you and I from any breach of law. It is better that we claim the money, than allowing the Bank Directors to take it, they are rich already. I am not a greedy person,so I am suggesting we share the funds equally, 50/50% to both parties,my share will assist me to start my own company which has been my dream.

Let me know your opinion on this. I have more to write to you about the details once I receive your urgent response through my personal Email address. Please let this Secret remain between the both of us only.

Have a nice day and God bless.
    Anticipating your communication

    Mr Joseph Mclaughlin.
