When I'm on the phone, I have to enable "Desktop View" to see the control bar.
Alot of your knives are rather unusual and letting us do some research with you may help with them. There are a couple of very good books. There is one called knives and thier values by Bruce Voyles. Easy read and decipher. I would not go by the values in books right now. They are very deceiving. The market is changing fast right now. Once you locate what you have, then start searching for what one like it has sold for, it will serve you better for a current value
