Those Case ,Bose knives are always expensive Brian £225 , did you say , I guess that's not far off . I am no expert though and haven't got a Case / Bose I am waiting to win the lottery and get one of Tony's knives . I am in the UK and often buy knives in the States but stick to less than £130 to avoid paying import duties , Vat and postage is enough to make importing knives very expensive .
